Websense Software Updates
Take advantage of the many new enhancements, including new functionality for Web filtering, Web security, and endpoint security, as well as improvements to product performance, in Websense v6.3.2. Updating to the latest version is free-of-charge with your current Websense subscription.
Before updating, make sure your system meets the requirements listed in the Websense Deployment Guide.
To check your Websense software version number:
- Launch Websense Manager
- Select Help>About Websense from the top menu of Websense Manager
Select the link below for the version you are currently running to find instructions for updating to v6.3.2:
Websense Enterprise v3.x or v4.x
Websense Enterprise v5.0, v5.0.1, or v5.1
Websense Enterprise, Websense Web Security Suite or Client Policy Manager v5.2, v5.5 and v5.5.2
Websense Enterprise, Websense Web Security Suite or Client Policy Manager v6.1, v6.1.1 or v6.2
